After I graduated from the Visual Communication Design department of Istanbul Bilgi University in 2003, my career began in a small post-production studio located in a very scenic neighborhood in Istanbul. Back then I've worked on many commercials and feature films as a 3D generalist and motion graphics artist. Throughout the years I became more interested in 2D and 3D animation then in 2008 I decided to focus more on compositing. There were great mentors around and I had the opportunity to learn from them.

As a compositor, I have been working non-stop for some of the biggest companies in Istanbul and taking part in some of the greatest projects.

Since 2016, I became a Visual Effects Supervisor. Leading a diverse and talented team of compositors and 3D artists I finished and delivered numerous projects, short and long formats. Reading scripts, meeting and discussing the work with directors, joining shoots, working alongside VFX teams and attending QC sessions was my daily routine.

I recently decided to take the leap and aimed to enter the ever changing VFX industry in London. I’ve started my own company and have been working as a self-employed VFX artist while learning new tools.
